Breathub is designed around a simple principle: we collect almost nothing about you, because we don't need to.
No accounts
We have no user accounts, no registration, no login. We cannot identify you as an individual.
Local storage data
The mood tracker, streak counters, fasting timer (which saves your current fast) and water intake tracker (which saves today's glass count) store data in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to our servers or to any third party. Clearing your browser data removes it completely.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure overall traffic: pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and processes this data under Google's Privacy Policy. We use it only for aggregate statistics and do not use it to identify you. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or any content blocker.
Advertising
Breathub may display ads through Google AdSense. When ads are shown, Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads, under Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run sponsored content. We do not create user profiles. We do not use advertising pixels such as the Facebook Pixel, and we do not use analytics tools other than Google Analytics. Sound generation (noise, tones) happens entirely in your browser — nothing is streamed or downloaded from our servers.
